Sallie Beatrice Thomas, 70, of Chattanooga, passed Thursday, July 11, 2013, in a local hospital.She was preceded in death by mother, Louise Thomas; father, James Riggins; brothers, Julius Lebron Pruitt, Tyrone Lansden, James Howard Lansden Jr.She is survived by her children, Deborah Caldwell, Kimberly (Leroy) Alexander, Michael Bridgette Caldwell, Darrell Jones, Rita (Bernard) Pullom, Tracy Jones, Anthony "Allen" Jones, Vera and Verna Jones. The fathers of the children, Henry Caldwell and Jessie Jones cherish the memories of Sallie Thomas. Sisters, Carolyn Ann Lansden, Annetta "Rena" Lansden; brother, Randolph and (Rosanna) Thomas. A special thought for granddaughter, Destiny Gordon and friend and devoted love to a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.Funeral: at noon Saturday, July 20, at Olivet Baptist Church, 740 East M.L.
