James Brady

James C. Brady, 77, of Ooltewah, passed away Monday, July 22, 2013.A lifelong resident of Ooltewah, he was the son of the late James and Jessie Richey Brady. He was a member of the Hill City Masonic Lodge 605 F&AM and the Alhambra Shrine. He was also a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.Survivors include his wife, Brenda Brady; daughter, Debbie Brady; and a son, Alan Brady; stepdaughter, Roberta (Larry) Austin, Flat Rock, Ala.; stepson, David (Cheryl) Adams, Cleveland, Tenn.; three grandchildren, Victor (Haley) Austin, Ashley Austin and D.J. Adams; great-grandson, Ashton Austin; sister, Mary Rose Yarnell, East Ridge.Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Valley View Chapel.Interment will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery.Please share your memories at ChattanoogaValleyViewChapel.com.The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. today at the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory & Florist, 7414 Old Lee Highway.
