FAYETTEVILLE Lisa Ann Newberry Brewer, beloved wife and mother, died unexpectedly Thursday, July 18, 2013, at age 49.Lisa leaves behind her loving husband of 25 years, Christopher Brewer; her precious children, Brenda, Christopher and Jessica; parents, ML and Peggy Newberry; brother, Gary Newberry and wife, Debby; grandson, Thomas; nieces, Sarah and Grace; and a host of loving friends and family members.Lisa was predeceased by grandparents, Walter and Gertie Basler and Luther and Ethel "Wizzie" Newberry; as well as cousin, Janet Davis Hughes.In addition to assisting her husband run B&W Handicap Equipment Inc., Lisa was a valued team member at Fayette Care Clinic. She also served her community as a Rotary Club member. Lisa lived a life of love and service, and will be terribly missed.Services will be held at Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg with visitation from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. today, July 23, followed by the 1 p.m. service.In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to The Rotary Club of Fayette Daybreak (www.fayettedaybreak.org), or Friends of Disabled Adults and Children (www.fodac.org).On-line condolences may be extended at www.schubertfuneralhome.com.
