Thomas Roark

Thomas Lewis Roark, 86, of Soddy-Daisy, went home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, June 4, 2013.Mr. Roark retired as manager from Wheland Foundry with 42 years of service and was a member and deacon of Delashmitt Road Baptist Church. He was an avid fisherman and loved camping with his family. He was a son of the late Tillman and Beulah Roark and was preceded in death by a brother, Tillman Roark Jr.Survivors include his wife of 67years, Grace Roark; two sons, Danny (Renee) Roark and Steve (Diana) Roark; grandchildren, Deondra (Jody) Dodson, Dustin Roark and Chris (Bethany) Roark; great-grandchildren, Connor and Cameron Dodson and Blake Miller; three sisters, Mary (Harold) Fuller, Wanda Card and Nancy Dixson; sister-in-law, Velma Roark.Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. today in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Ronnie Smith and the Rev.
