Sr.Billy Leon Hart Sr., 75, of Soddy-Daisy, was welcomed into Heaven on Monday, June 10, 2013.He was born in Bridgeport, Ala.; however, he was a lifelong resident of Soddy-Daisy. He was retired from Hamilton County Department of Education, and he attended Christ Family Church. He served in the US Army Reserves. He loved to hunt, fish and Alabama football.He was preceded in death by his parents, James Grady and Emily Hart; brother, J.B. Hart; sisters, Katherine Smith and JoAnn Rector.Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Velma Hart; son, Billy "Billy Boy" Hart Jr.; daughter, Cheri (Mark) Maynor; brother, Kenneth (Barbara) Hart; sister, Brenda Matthews; grandson, Garrick Allen Hart; granddaughters, Harmony (Stephen) Rue and Crimson Robinson.Services will be held at 2 p.m. today in the funeral home chapel with Rev.
