Jeff Dagnan

Jeff Dagnan, 62, passed away at his home on Friday, June 14, 2013. A lifelong resident of Chattanooga, he was the former Plant Controller of Southern Centrifugal and an extremely talented accountant and computer administrator. He graduated from UTC with an accounting degree. He was a man of great intellect, wry humor, as well he was a wonderful father to his children.He is preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Dagnan of Chattanooga. Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Greg and Gloria Dagnan, his daughter and son-in-law, Laura and Russell Ariks; two grandchildren JonLuke and Sarita; his brothers Rod and Kyle; his sister Kristi Strode; and several nieces and nephews.The family will receive friends from 6-9 p.m. today, June 17, at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.Funeral Services will be held 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 18, at the North Chapel.Burial will be in the Chattanooga Memorial Park.In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the American Cancer Society or Hospice of Chattanooga.Arrangements are by Chattanooga Funeral Home Crematory and Florist, North Chapel, 5401 Hwy 153, Hixson, TN, 37343.
