LAFAYETTE Minister Roger Timothy Lee, 43, died Thursday, June 13, 2013.Roger graduated with his bachelor's degree in Sacred Literature from Covington Theological Seminary. He was a member of The Calvary Baptist Church, where he was the youth minister and choir director. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Rev. Thomas E. Lee, and Lonnie and Bessie Ramey.Roger is survived by wife Debbie Kay Lee; daughter, Lindsey Lee; son, Jonathan Caleb Lee; parents, David and Carolyn Lee; sister, Cyndi and husband Nathan Walker; grandmother, Dorothy Lee; step-sons; Jeremy and wife Ashley Lee, and Wyatt Crabtree; step-grandchildren, Jerry Lee, and Aubrey Crabtree; nephew, Mason Walker; several aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive.Funeral from the Wallis Memorial Chapel Tuesday at 2 p.m. Service conducted by Rev. Larry Brooks, and Rev. Tedd White.Pallbearers are Nick Puckett, Craig Martin, Danny Daniels. Henry Campbell, Anthony Martin, Chris Branch, and Lance Bates.Honorary pallbearers are Rev. Dewey Blalock, Richard Cordell and Brennen Burnett.Interment in the LaFayette Cemetery.Family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 5-9 p.m.The arrangements are by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home, LaFayette.
