Billie Daniel

Billie Robinson Daniel, 70, of Chattanooga, passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2013 at her home. She was born June 9, 1943 and was predeceased by her husband, Leonard "Toby" Daniel. She owned (with her late husband) Bates Florists and Raintree Fine Arts Gallery for the past 28 years and a former co-owner of Good Earth Art Gallery. She was a creative and talented artist and potter and a former member of Civic Arts League, In-Town Gallery and AVA. She was a member of Graysville United Methodist Church and touched everyone with her generous heart and loving spirit. She will be missed by everyone who knew her.She is survived by her daughter, Amy (Gary) Carlock, Ringgold; two sons, Randy (Sandy) Daniel and Andrew Daniel, Chattanooga; sister, Linda (Mike) Rhodes, Tampa, Fla.; aunt, Peggy Swanson, Graysville; grandchildren, Ben, Maggie, Andrew and Emily and several nieces and nephews.Visitation will be at Graysville United Methodist Church, Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m. Dr. Ed Craft will conduct the service at 4 p.m. in the church.Entombment will be in Hamilton Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.Memorial contributions may be made to Chambliss Childrens Home, 315 Gillespie Road, Chattanooga, TN 37411 or Graysville United Methodist Church, 2331 Graysville Road, Ringgold, GA 30736.Send condolences at www.CovenantFuneral.com.Arrangements are by Covenant Funeral & Crematory, Crox family owned and operated.
