, Sr.WHITWELL Jimmie Harold Jones, Sr., 74, of Sequatchie, passed away Saturday, June 22, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Leonard and Bertie Lee Jones; daughter, Virginia Rapier; granddaughter, Crystal Gregg; sisters, Helen, Jo, Beulah; brothers, J.C., J.L.Those left to cherish his memories are his wife of 42 years, Opal York Jones; six children, Wanda Gregg, Jimmy H. Jones, Jr., Jeffery Lee Jones, Linda Quarles, Terry Wayne Jones, Valarie Graham; four brothers, Claude Jones, Clifford Jones, Billy Jones, Harley Jones; twelve grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren.Family will receive friends 1-9 p.m. today. and 12-9 p.m. Tuesday.Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 26, in the funeral home chapel.
