Steven SmithSteven Clinton Smith, 44, of Signal Mountain died Thursday, June 20, 2013 at his home. He had lived in the Chattanooga area all of his life. Mr. Smith was a 20 year employee of Jake Marshall, LLC. He was preceded in death by both his paternal and maternal grandparents.He is survived by his parents, Danny Smith, of Chattanooga and Malinda Smith, of Signal Mountain; Also, 2 sisters, Jennifer (Rocky) Goff, of Signal Mountain and Tara (Justin) Van, of Chattanooga. Survivors also include a number of nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday June 25, at Lane Funeral Home 601 Ashland Terrace with the Rev. David Burkhart officiating. Interment will be in Chattanooga Memorial Park.The family will receive friends today from Noon until 8 p.m. at the funeral home and one hour before the service on Tuesday.
