Sara Beth Sumner Bible, 78, of Chattanooga, passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2013, at a local hospital.A native of Knoxville, Tenn., she has been a resident of the Chattanooga area most of her life. She was a member of Bayside Baptist Church and a dedicated mother of five.After her late husband (Bill) retired, they enjoyed traveling and spending time at the Wolftever Fishing Club. Sara loved playing the piano, bible studies and playing card games with her special friends.She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Trent "Bill" Bible; and parents, Everett R. and Louise Sumner.Survivors include her five children, Gary (Janie) Bible, of Roanoke, Va., Diane (Jerome) Gibson, Sharon (Kenny) Sisk, all of Ringgold, Ga., LCDR Dan (Christy) Bible, of Buford, S.C., Julie (Kenny) Crowe, of Ooltewah; 10 grandchildren, Trent Bible, John Bible, Ray McIntyre, Wes McIntyre, Tommy Sisk, Amanda Hackett, Daniel Bible, Michael Bible, Andrew Crowe, Matthew Crowe; three great-grandchildren, Brody Bible, Kaden Hackett, Libby Hackett; three siblings, Randall Sumner, Adelyn Mayes, David Sumner; and several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Monday in the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with the Rev.
