, Jr.LAFAYETTE J. Robert (Bob) Hood, Jr., 80, died Saturday June 29, 2013.Bob was preceded in death by his parents J. Robert (Bob) Hood, Sr. and Clemmie Junkins Hood; sister Pauline Lamb; twin brothers Gordon and Guiley Hood.He is a member of the LaFayette Presbyterian Church, Western Lodge No. 91 F & AM, and the York Rite bodies of Masonry in Chickamauga and a member of Alhambra Shrine in Chattanooga.Retired from the Tennessee Army National Guard on Holtzclaw Avenue in Chattanooga, as a full time employee.He is survive by nieces and nephews.Funeral from the LaFayette Presbyterian Church Monday at 2 p.m. Service conducted by Rev. Ken Waddell and Rev. Cathy Neyer.Pallbearers and Honorary pallbearers are Ronnie McClure, John Crawford, Richard Scoggins, Ollie Tucker, Bill Whitten, Denny Brock, Jeff Harmon, Ricky Morrison, Mike Lemming, Lee Hawkins, Doug Ingram, R. L. Carney, Danny Skates, Damon Skates, Tom Parker, Tommy Edge, Beacher Garmany, Wayne Brown, Dan Duvall, Jim Brown, Bill Day, Mike Reece, Max Cross, Rodney Wolfe, Brent Shields, and Donnie Shields, Full time employees from the Army National Guard Armory Chattanooga Station, members of the LaFayette Presbyterian Church, North West Georgia Masonic Lodges in the 44th Masonic District.Interment in LaFayette Memory Garden, with grave side Masonic rites by Western Lodge No 91 F & A M.Visitation will be today from 5-8 p.m.The arrangements are by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home of LaFayette.
