Irene Teems

Irene Wilda Teems, 91, of East Ridge went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 5, 2013.A longtime resident of Chattanooga, Mrs. Teems was a member of Harmony Baptist Church.She was preceded in death on Nov. 11, 2012, by her husband of 69 years, John W. Teems. She was also preceded in death by her granddaughter, Amy Teems.Survivors are her daughter, Pamela Clark, Rossville; son, Woody (Nora) Teems, East Ridge; four grandchildren, Bryan Teems, Danita Weaver, Kathy Mercer and Carrie Williams; eight great-grandchildren.Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Lakewood Memory Gardens, South with Rev.
