Dwaitha Joyce English passed away on Monday, May 13, 2013, at a local hospital with family by her side.Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Sunday, May 19, at The Church of the First Born, 3418 St. Elmo Ave., Chattanooga with Dr. Virgil J.
