Eva L. Banks Smith, 65, passed away on May 13, 2013 in Chattanooga.Eva attended Riverside High School. She was employed with the Howard Levine and Dr. Larry Mullinax Families. She was a faithful member of River of Life Church in East Ridge.She was preceded in death by her father, Breamon Banks; brother, Master Leon Banks; sister, Kala B. Qualls.Survivors include her husband, Randolph Smith; son, Nickey Banks; daughters Stacey Banks, LaRita (Rickey) Dews; mother, Georgia Banks; brother, John Banks; sisters, Queenie Smiley, Carolyn Lawrence, Annie (Clyde) Smith, Hazel (Leroy) McDermott, Linda Banks, Virginia (Michael) Daniel; fourteen grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren; aunts, Mildred Swanson, Betty Bowens, Jessie Phillips, Doris Phillips; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends; devoted cousin, Carol Ann Weaver; faithful friends, Jackie Pace and Laura Douglass and loving pet, Dynamite.Special thanks to the Levine and Mullinax families.Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, May 19, 2013, at River of Life Church of East Ridge with Pastor Alan and Terri Crider officiating.Interment at 10 a.m. Monday, May 20, 2013, at National Cemetery.The body will lie in state after noon on today and the family will receive friends from 7 8 p.m. at John P.
