Annie Fletcher

Annie Mae Fletcher, 84, departed this life Saturday, Oct. 26, 2013, at a local hospital. She was employed at Erlanger Hospital for 45 years and Miller Eye Center. She was a lifelong member of Union Hill Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughters, Doris and Barbara Fletcher, Zola (Michael) Thurmond, Joyce Davis (Gary Boyd); three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two brothers and one sister. Service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 2, 2013, at Union Hill Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Samuel R. Jackson, officiating. Interment: Greenwood Cemetery. The body will lie in state after noon today and the family will receive friends 6-7 p.m. this evening at John P. Franklin Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimer Association in her name.
