Frances Hammontree

Frances Hammontree, 85, died Thursday, Oct. 31, 2013, in a local hospital. She was a lifelong resident of North Georgia and a member of Brainerd Baptist Church. Mrs. Hammontree was preceded in death by her husband, Bill G. Hammontree. Survivors are her son, Cecil (Jan) Hammontree, Soddy-Daisy; daughter, Shelia Lively, Ringgold, Ga.; grandchildren, Casey (Jen) Hammontree, Kenny (Lindsay) Hammontree, Jenny (Brandon) Blankenship, Cindy (Will) McGee; 10 great-grandchildren, Lauren, Wyatt, Rhett, Will, Jackson, Alex, Avery, Clara, Evie and Madi. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Monday Nov. 4, in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Bill Lowery and Brother Mark Smith officiating. Interment in National Cemetery.
