Carl Kirkpatrick

Carl K. Kirkpatrick, 77, died on Wednesday evening, Nov. 26, 2013 at his home in Knoxville. Carl was the former United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Tennessee from 1993 until 2000, and was the District Attorney General for Sullivan County, Tennessee from 1966 until 1993. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen; and a step daughter, Stefanie Hess. A memorial service is yet to be scheduled and complete arrangements will be announced at a later date.
