Martha Stone

Martha Stone, 67, passed away peacefully at her home Monday, Nov. 25, 2013. Martha was a faith filled woman dedicating her life to her little sister Jeanette and teaching hundreds of children over the years. She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Nora Stone; and her sister, Jeanette Stone. Survivors include four sisters, Kathleen Conner, Mary Ann Schenk, Ginny Ragghianti and Agnes Stone. The funeral mass will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday Nov. 30, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church with Father Augustine Idra of the Apostles of Jesus officiating. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3-7 p.m. today in the Holy Family Hall at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church with a rosary service at 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Apostles of Jesus, 829 Main Street, Northampton, PA 18067.
