Stacey Phillips

Stacey Barrow Phillips, 44, died early on Sunday morning, Sept. 29, 2013, at Memorial North Park Hospital.She was born and raised in Chattanooga where she attended Boyd Buchanan and Notre Dame. She was a woman that liked to live life to the fullest, enjoying and remembering every moment. In her spare time she liked to scrap book and write poetry, winning awards for some of her work. Stacey will be remembered as a whitty, bright, and outgoing individual who never met a stranger.She was preceded in death by her mother, Della Brownie Skidmore.Stacey always said that her greatest achievement was her five surviving children: Ian, Whitney, Catlin, Zach, and Jay Phillips.
