Howard Cleve Kelly, 68, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 5, 2013, at Memorial Hospital North Park.Howard was born in Reform, Ala., to the late Howard Kelly and Mary Lousie Rinehart. He worked for 20 years for Watt Chem Inc. as a salesman. Howard was a member of the Elks Lodge.Howard was preceded in death by his wife Linda Kelly.Howard is survived by his two sons, James Kelly, of Decatur, Ala., and John Kelly, of Hixson; grandson Jason Kelly, of Hixson; brother William Kelly, of Clearwater Fla.; and three sisters Marion Mott, of Prattville Ala., Barbara Moore, of Chicago Ill., and Eva Rose Holz, of Chicago.The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until noon on Wednesday, Oct. 9, at Chattanooga Funeral Home, North Chapel.Graveside service will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. at Chattanooga National Cemetery with the Rev.
