James Carden

James C. Carden, 85, of Soddy-Daisy passed away into the arms of his savior on Monday, Sept. 2, 2013. He served our country in Korea and later retired from DuPont. Mr. Carden was a member of Omega Harvest Church. He leaves behind two daughters and sons-in-laws, Kelly and Benny Simpson and Karin and Gary Burns; grandchildren, Ben and Ashley Simpson and Zach and Leah Burns; nephew, Jimmy Crawley. Services will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday Sept. 4, at Omega Harvest Church, 4904 Dayton Blvd. Chattanooga, TN 37415. Pastor Mia Pittman-Head will officiate the service. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service at the church.
