LaFAYETTE Billy Mills, 82, passed away Monday, Sept. 2, 2013.Preceded in death by his wife, Ruth McGill Mills; daughter, Carol Lynn Middleton; grandson, Jeff Mills; parents, Sidney and Roxie Mills; sister, Doris Mills; brothers, Joe, Ralph and John Mills.Survived by a daughter, Patricia (Cotton) Simmons; son, Robert Mills; son-in-law, Allen Middleton; sisters, Emma (Don) Elliott, Margaret (Hursel) Mouser; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive.Graveside service at 11 a.m. Thursday at Chattanooga National Cemetery.Visitation from 6-9 p.m. today.Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home, LaFayette.
