Hazel Moore

Hazel Ann Creed Moore, 62, of East Ridge, died Friday, Sept. 6, 2013.Hazel graduated from Chattanooga City High and received an Associate Degree from Edmondson Jr. College. Hazel worked at Hamilton County Courthouse, Chattanooga Saw & Supply and Chattanooga Title Co. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.Hazel was predeceased by her father T.G. Creed and brother David Creed.Hazel is survived by her mother, Mary Creed; brother, Lebron Creed; children, Sean (Cathy) Moore and Jason Moore; and grandchildren, Easton, Braxton and Cooper Moore.Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 10, at Fellowship Baptist Church.
