Billups, 43, passed away Sunday, Sept. 1, 2013.He was formerly employed as a fabricator, Beas Restaurant and Pilgrims Pride.He is survived by his children, Alontae, Chelsea and Chauncey Billups; stepson, Antonio Sullivan; parents, Ethel Mae Billups and Henry Thompson; brother, Oscar Billups; fiance', Tonika Bush; nephew, LaDarrius Billups; mother-in-law, Jaunita Bush; sister-in-law, Lashanna Acklin; brother-in-law, Austin Canada; God children, Elijah Woods, Ashley Haden, Meagan Lewis; other relatives and friends.Funeral services will be held noon Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2013 in the funeral home chapel.The body will lie in state after noon today and the family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m. this evening at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
