Louise Stamper

Louise B. Stamper, 86 of Chattanooga passed away Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bessie Harris and Nathaniel Blackwell; husband, Nick T. Stamper, Jr; brothers, Johnny and David Blackwell; sisters, Helen Blackwell and Dorothy Johnson. She is survived by her son, Nick T. Stamper, III, of Chattanooga; daughters, Sharon (Michael) Seay, of Chester, Va., Karen (Arthur) Domineck of Suisun, Calif., and Betsy Stamper, of Chattanooga; brother, Nathaniel (Edith) Blackwell, Jr; sister, Loretta Hill, both of Chattanooga; nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at Noon Tuesday, Sept. 17, in the funeral home chapel. Interment: Chattanooga National Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m. today at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Avenue, 622-9995.
