ROSSVILLE Robert Edward Wallace, 74, passed away on Friday Sept. 13, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Louise Wallace and was of the Baptist Faith. A graveside service will be held at Noon on Tuesday Sept. 17, at Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park.Arrangements by W.L. Wilson and Sons Funeral Home-Ft. Oglethorpe.
