Margaret Crawley

FORT OGLETHORPE Margaret Z. "Dee" Crawley, 66, passed away Thursday, Aug. 22, 2013, at her residence. She was a native of Detroit, Mich. and had lived in the north Georgia area since 1975 where she was a former waitress at Ryans Steak House in East Ridge for 27 years. She was of the Catholic faith and was preceded in death by her father, George Zibisky Sr.; mother and stepfather, Ethel and Wes Love; and brother, George Zibisky Jr.Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Derrick and Jennifer Crawley, of Rossville and George and Heather Crawley, of Rock Spring; father of her children, George E. Crawley; grandchildren, Laurel Crawley, Taylor Padgett, Morgan Crawley and Bailey Crawley; brother, Charles (Diane) Zibisky, of Kissimmee, Fla.; sister, Mary (Bill) Davies, of Ferndale, Mich.; and several nieces and extended family.Condolences may be sent to www.lane-southcrestchapel.com.In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Mary Ellen Locher Foundation at www.melfoundation.org.Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27, 2013, in the South Crest Chapel with Chaplain Pat Davis officiating.Inurnment will follow in Lakewood Memory Gardens, South.The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, located at the end of Historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
