Barbara Tubbs

Barbara Imogene Tubbs, 72, of Chattanooga, passed away Monday, March 31, 2014. She was a member of the Mountain Creek Church of Christ. Her parents, Clarence and Lora Sims; and a brother, Thomas Sims, preceded her in death. Barbara is survived by her two sons, Ernest Tubbs Jr. and John Tubbs; her brothers, Bobby Sims and Glen Sims; and a sister, Dixie McCarty. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday, April 4, 2014, at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home, with Minister Gary Massey officiating. Interment will follow in Varner Cemetery on Mowbray Mountain.
