Diane Cooper
Diane Cooper, of Chattanooga, went home to be with her Lord on Saturday, April 19, 2014 Mrs. Cooper was born May 8, 1931 in Trenton, Ga. She was a loving homemaker and enjoyed crafts, collecting angels, cooking, and sewing. She was a very outgoing person who had many friends. She is survived by her loving husband, Leonard Cooper of 30 years; children, David Cooper, of Rossville, Laura Bowen (Jody), of Langston, Ala.; sisters, Eva Gass, of Trenton, Ga., Doris Mercer, of Fairview, W.Va., Glenda Williams, of Ala., Christine Lee, of Trenton, Sue Garner, of Henagar, Ala., six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel. Burial will follow in the Chattanooga Memorial Park. To share expressions of sympathy visit lane-southcrestchapel.com.
