Deloris Sullivan

Deloris N. Sullivan, 73, died Thursday, July 31, 2014, at her residence. A longtime resident of Apison, she lived in Dunlap the past 15 years. She was of the Baptist faith and was preceded in death by her parents, Forrest and Esther Amanda Norman; brother, Paul Norman; and sisters, Olphelia Russell and Ruth King. Survivors are her son, Micheal (Veronica) Bloom, Apison; daughters, Melissa (Dexter) Tabor and Monya (Leon) Bowman, both of Dunlap; sisters, Mildred Brooks, Chattanooga, Betty Cothran, Ringgold and Jean (Johnny) Russell, Chickamauga; brothers, Thomas Mahaffey, Rushville, Ind., Bill (Pat) Norman, Walnut Bottom, Penn,. And Ronald (Mildred) Norman, Rocky Face; 15 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and many nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 2, in the chapel with Rev. James Dunn and Rev. Jack Nichols officiating. Burial will follow at Plowman Cemetery.
