Virginia Prichard

Virginia Irene Prichard, 88, of Harrison, passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2014, at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Johnston and Ida DeFriese, and was also preceded in death by her husband, Harold N. Prichard. She was a member of the East Chattanooga Church of God. Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Philip and Vicki Prichard and Steven and Artie Prichard; daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Stephen Lean; three grandchildren, Edwin (Dana) Prichard, Harrison, Jason (Amanda) Prichard, Gallatin, Tenn. and Stephen Lean, New York, N.Y.; five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today, Aug. 3, in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Don Glenn officiating. Interment will be in McInturff Cemetery in Meigs County.
