Anna Fine

Anna Clark Fine, 93, passed away at her home on Friday, Aug. 15, 2014. Anna was a lifelong resident of Rhea County, a member of the Garrison Baptist Church. She loved cooking, quilting and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Bertha McCullough Clark; her husband, Allen "Jake"Fine; a granddaughter, Aileen Fine; son-in-law, Denny Tumlin; six sisters, Emma Suttles, Ella Mae Cox, DorothyCrowe, Irene Crowe, Mildred Clark andWillie Long; four brothers, Elmer Clark, Kenneth Clark, Ollie Blye and Bill Blye. Survivors include two daughters, Kathy Tumlin and Donna (Gene)Renner, both of Dayton; two sons, Jerry (Laura) Fine of Chattanooga and Jackie (Dorothy)Fine of Dayton; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Amedesys Hospice and offer special thanks to caregivers Evelyn Shoemake and Carol Suttles for their compassion, friendship and excellent care they provided. Funeral service will be 3 p.m. today, Aug. 17, at the Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home chapel, Rev. Mike Breeden officiating. Interment follows in Rhea Memory Gardens.
