Geraldine Smith

Geraldine "Jerry" Jane Halterman Smith, of Signal Mountain, passed away peacefully Saturday, Aug. 9, 2014, at Alexian Health Center. She was born Dec. 26, 1919 in Kansas City, Mo., and worked at Bendix Aviation Corporation there for 30 years. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Chattanooga or St. Timothy's Altar Guild. Visitation is 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 22, 2014 with a service at 11 a.m. in the chapel of St. Timothy's Episcopal Church, 630 Mississippi Ave., Signal Mountain, TN 37377.
