Eddie Boatfield

Eddie Lebron Boatfield, 57, of Chattanooga, passed away on Friday, Jan. 31, 2014. Mr. Boatfield was born and raised in Chattanooga. He was a graduate of Lookout Valley High School, class of 1974, and was currently employed at Fed Ex Freight as a truck driver. He also loved spending time with his two grandsons fishing, camping and watching them play ball. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Ruby Boatfield. Surviving are his wife of 37 years, Elaine Boatfield; daughter, Amee (Barron) Fortner; grandsons, Dylan and Colby Fortner; brothers, Bobby (Brenda) Boatfield, John Boatfield and Randall (Trigger) Boatfield; sister, Brenda Boatfield; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. on Sunday and from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Funeral Services will be at 1 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 3, 2014 at the funeral home with Rev.
