Charles Lee Newell, 53, of Harrison, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2014. A graveside service will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 17, at Chattanooga National Cemetery with military honors and the Rev. Jason Gilreath officiating. Interment will follow.
