Myrna Hamby

Myrna S. Hamby, 75, woke up in Gods hands on Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2014. She was a loving wife and mother. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Jeanice and Helen. Survivors include her husband, Ples Hamby; sons, Steve (Wilma) Hamby, Randy (Michelle) Hamby; daughters, Linda (Terry) Roberts, Sandra Stewart and her fianc, Jose Andino, Cynthia (Daniel) McGuffie; sisters, Mary May, Betty Carlisle; seven grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren, all of Soddy-Daisy. The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 14, 2014, at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Paul Forgey officiating. Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
