Helen Joyce Young, 78, passed away Thursday, Feb. 13, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Arvil Young; parents, Charlie H. and Lois Sanders Gouger; brothers, John Earl and Charles Gouger Jr.; and brothers-in-law, Chester and Arnold Young. Joyce is survived by her nephews, Billy and Bobby Tuders, as well as several other nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted from the funeral home chapel at 2 p.m. CST Sunday, Feb. 16, 2014, with Brother Rab Ramsey officiating. The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m CST today, Feb. 15, 2014, and Sunday from 9 a.m. until time of the service. Interment will follow in Sardis Cemetery.
