Theodore Lancaster

Theodore "Teddy" Lancaster, 53, passed away in Chattanooga on Dec. 8, 2013. He was a graduate of Howard High School. His hobbies included cooking and fishing. He was preceded in death by his mother, Odell Teague; father, Theodore Lancaster Sr.; stepfather, Troy Teague; siblings, Ted Lancaster, Nellie Horton, Theadora V. and Burline Lancaster; grandmothers, Carrie Halfacre and Verona Lancaster. Survivors include his wife, Jennie Mae Lancaster; stepdaughters, Lucinda, Shalisa and Melinda Watkins; sisters, Delphine Lancaster, Carrie Moore, Lisa Lancaster, LaShannon (Marcus) McConnell, all of Chattanooga; Ricardo and Rhonda Lee, of Maryland; a host of nieces, nephews, loving aunts, uncles cousins and friends; loving friend, Gail Floyd. Funeral services will be held at noon on Friday, Jan. 3, 2014, in the chapel with Rev. Ron Cook officiating. Interment in Highland Cemetery. The body will lie in state after noon today at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
