Eugene "Gene" Parrott, 76, died Monday, Jan. 6, 2014. Funeral will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 8, in the Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home with the Rev. Rusty Revis officiating. Interment in Rhea Memory Gardens with military honors. Visitation 9-11 a.m. Wednesday at Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home.
