Joey Young Joseph Adam "Joey" Young, 35, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away on Monday, Jan. 6, 2014. He was a 1995 graduate of Soddy-Daisy High School. Joey was employed by Comcast Cable Co. He was of the Church of God faith. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Tommy Hatfield and Copper and Viola Young. He is survived by his parents, Lloyd and Kathy Young; grandmother, Kathleen Hatfield; and several aunts and uncles. Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Friday, Jan. 10, 2014, at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Vernon Sneed and Rev. Jim Lindsey officiating. Interment will follow in Hotwater Cemetery.
