Mark Taylor Sr.

Mark Anthony Taylor Sr., 44, of Chattanooga, passed away Monday, Jan. 6, 2014, in a local hospital. He was employed by Estes Trucking Co. and was a member of New United Missionary Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Frances Taylor; brothers, Christopher Taylor and Clifford Taylor Jr. Survivors include his wife, Shera Taylor; son, Marc Anthony Taylor Jr.; parents, Clifford and Geraldine Taylor Sr.; brother, Reggie Taylor; sisters, Charity (Terry) Deramus and Kimberly (Rick) Dave; uncle, Otis Taylor; aunts, Joyce Harper, Diane Carpenter, Ernestine Petty and Juanita Dunigan, all of Chattanooga; several nieces, nephews, cousins; other relatives and friends. The body will lie-in-state after 12:30 p.m. today at Taylor Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday in the chapel with Pastor Jeffrey Wilson as the eulogist. Burial: Highland Memorial Gardens.
