Katherine Robinson

Katherine OShann Robinson, 70, passed away Thursday, Jan. 9, 2014, in a local healthcare facility. She was a member of Calhoun United Methodist Church. She was a former secretary at Wesley United Methodist Church, the United Methodist District office and Calhoun United Methodist Church. Mrs. Robinson was preceded in death by her father, James E. Morton. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Hugh G. Robinson Jr., of Cleveland; mother, Nell Morton, of Cleveland; two daughters, Beth Cooper and husband, Sam, of Mason, Ohio and Amy Woolson and husband, Kevin, of Mason, Ohio; three grandchildren, Charlie Woolson, Will Cooper and Molly Woolson, all of Mason, Ohio; one sister, Penny Bunch, of Cleveland; sister-in-law, Diane Williams and husband, Jim, of Cleveland; brother-in-law, Max Robinson and wife, Lorraine, of Farragut, Tenn.; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family also survive. Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 12, 2014, at Calhoun United Methodist Church with Pastor Mary Parsons officiating. Interment will follow in Calhoun Cemetery. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. today, Jan. 11, 2014, at the funeral home.
