Donna "Baby Donna" Joyce Raines, 51, graduated to Glory on Saturday, Jan. 11, 2014. She attended the North Georgia Worship center in Wildwood, Ga., and was of the Christian faith. She was a graduate of Lookout Valley High School. She received licensure as a Master Barber as well as a certification in data entry. She is a former employee of Unum. She was loved by all who came to know her and will be dearly missed. She was preceded in death by father, Lonnie Lee Raines, Sr.; mother, Bessie Lorraine Raines; brothers, Herschell (Joyce) Raines, Lonnie Lee Raines, Jr., Gary Wayne Raines, Terrell (Dorainder) Raines; sister, Linda Raines Yarbrough; and brothers-in-law, Billy Dagnan, Marvin Yarbrough and Dave Harris. Survivors include her boyfriend, David Jimenez, Jasper; daughter, Linda Raines, Whiteside; grandson, Rian Lankford, Whiteside; god son, Gavin Usry, Rosalie, Ala.; brothers, Marshall (Brenda) Raines, Whiteside, Thomas Raines Tracy City; sisters include, Annie Lou Harris, Chattanooga, Juanita Dagnan, Debbie (Jimmy) Kennedy, Sharon Yarbrough and Renee (Billy) Tuders, all of Whiteside, Diane (Charles) Davis, Jasper, and Tina (Timmie) Tumlin Rosalie, Ala. Services will be conducted from the funeral home chapel at 3 p.m. CST, Tuesday, Jan. 14, with Pastor Nick Forshee. The family will receive friends from Noon until 8 p.m. CST, Monday, January 13, 2014. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made in her name at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper.
