Kay Morgan

Kay Frances Morgan, of Chattanooga, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2014. Born in Chattanooga, she moved to Fall Branch, Tenn., in 1995. Mrs. Morgan attended Eastlake Elementary, Eastlake Jr. High School and Central High School in Chattanooga. She was a homemaker and a member of Eastlake Christian Church. Kay Morgan wass preceded in death by her husband, Charles Joseph Morgan; parents, Gordon and Dorothy Mae Crawford; sisters, Barbara Sherrill and Diane McClinton. She is survived by son, Mark D. Morgan and wife, Tabatha, of Chattanooga; sister, Dorothy Jean Hargis and husband David, of Kingsport, Tenn.; brother, Buddy Crawford and wife, Betty, of New England, Ga.; grandchildren, Mark D. Morgan and wife, Lori, of Fort Leonardwood, Mo., Daniel Ryan Morgan and wife, Christy, of Cohutta, Ga., Bridgete Lynn Buckner and husband Keith, of Tunnel Hill, Ga., Joshua Silas Morgan and wife, Samantha, of Chattanooga, McKinze Elisabeth Morgan, of Chattanooga, and Kay Frances Morgan, of Chattanooga; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 3-5 p.m. today, Jan. 19, 2014, at Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Blountville, Tenn. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2014, in Chattanooga National Cemetery with the Rev. Brad Blanton officiating.
