Annie White

Annie Lois Cureton White, 79, of Chattanooga, passed away Saturday, Jan. 18, 2014 at her residence. She was formerly employed by Holiday Inn and was a member of Friendship Primitive Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie White, Sr.; mother, Ethel Cureton; brother, Arthur Moore; sister, Mary Campbell. Survivors include sons, Willie L. (Sharon) White, of Chattanooga, Mychael (Terine) White, Sr. of Atlanta, Ga., David (Brenda) White, of San Diego, Calif., and Darryl White of Chattanooga; 7 grandchildren, Nyiesha White, Donell Cherry, Tai White, Lindsey White, Mychael White, II, Jashari White, and Courtney White; 4 great-grandchildren; brothers, Ray Cureton and William Moore both of Chattanooga; sister, Blanche Curtis, of Toledo, Oh.; several nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends. Visitation is today from 6-7 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Monday at Noon in the chapel with Pastor Baron Ammons as the eulogist. Burial: Chattanooga National Cemetery.
