Doris Marshall

Doris Jean Marshall, 67, of Chattanooga, passed away Monday, Jan. 20, 2014, in the Hospice Care Center. She was a member at Holy Temple COGIC. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter F. Marshall Jr.; son, Steven Marshall; parents, William and Lena Hambrick; brother, Lewis Hambrick. Survivors include her daughters, Karen Hayden, Gail Moore and Melinda Marshall; sons, Robert (Gwen) Smith and Steve (Michelle) Marshall; 15 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; four sisters; four brothers; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins; other relatives and friends. Visitation is today from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. Graveside services will be Monday at 12:30 p.m. in Chattanooga National Cemetery with Elder Freddie Hambrick as the eulogist.
