Charles Raymond Lee, 69, of Chattanooga passed away Saturday, Jan. 25, 2014. Private family services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, located at the end of historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
