Mandy Colbaugh

Mandy Geraldine Colbaugh, 86, of Chattanooga, died Sunday, Jan. 26, 2014. She was predeceased by her children, Patricia Ann, Charles, George and Ralph; father, Ed Wooten and mother, Olio Ward. Survivors include her children, Tommy Evitt, Norma Goins, Betty Goins, Charlene Nallie and Kathleen Colbaugh; 17 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren. The Rev.
