Harold R. Thompson, 83, of Chattanooga, passed away Friday, July 4, 2014, at his residence. The body will lie-in-state after 9:30 a.m.today at Taylor Funeral Home with a graveside service to follow at 12:30 p.m. in Chattanooga National Cemetery with Brother John R. Taylor Sr. as the eulogist.
